What to Expect in a Free Coaching Session(and why it might be exactly what you need)

Here’s what you can expect in a free 30-minute coaching session with me:

💬 Step 1: A Grounded, Judgment-Free Welcome We begin with a few moments to settle in. You don’t have to “perform” or be polished. This is a calm, supportive space to simply show up as you are. I’ll check in with how you’re feeling and what you’re hoping to get out of the session, even if that’s still a little unclear. “I don’t really know what I need… I just feel off.” Perfect. We’ll start there.
🧭 Step 2: Clarity Through Conversation From there, we explore what’s been feeling heavy, scattered, or stuck in your life. Through gentle questions and grounded reflection, we’ll uncover the core of what’s going on beneath the surface. You don’t need to have a “goal” in mind, you just need a willingness to explore what’s been taking up space in your heart and mind.
✨ Step 3: Co-Creating a Next Step Once we’ve uncovered some clarity, I’ll help you identify one aligned, doable next step that supports your wellbeing. This isn’t a to-do list or productivity push, it’s about tuning in to what feels supportive and sustainable for you.

🛠️ Step 4: Support Without Pressure You’ll leave the session feeling seen, supported, and lighter with a better understanding of what’s going on internally and how to gently move forward. You’ll also get a taste of what longer-term coaching could look like (but there’s no pressure or pitch, just information if you’re curious).
