Work With Me
If you’re exhausted from living by everyone else’s expectations and ready to start reconnecting with yourself support can make a meaningful difference.

I work with women who are high-achieving, thoughtful, and deeply capable, yet feel stuck in people-pleasing patterns that leave them overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure how to trust their own decisions.

The work we do together isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about learning how to listen to yourself again.
The Authentic Living Blueprint
The Authentic Living Blueprint is my signature coaching experience for women who want to stop outsourcing their decisions and begin living in alignment with their own values, needs, and inner voice.

This is a supportive, structured space to:
-
Understand where people-pleasing patterns come from
-
Rebuild self-trust without guilt or pressure
-
Learn how to make decisions that feel right for you
-
Create boundaries that support your energy and wellbeing
-
Move out of burnout and into a more grounded, authentic way of living
This work is gentle, reflective, and practical, focused on awareness, self-compassion, and sustainable change.
Who Is This For
This support may be a good fit if you:
-
Feel responsible for other people’s emotions or reactions
-
Struggle to make decisions without reassurance
-
Say yes often, even when it costs you
-
Feel disconnected from your own wants or needs
-
Want support that feels calm, respectful, and non-judgmental
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need a willingness to explore what’s been shaping your choices.
What Support Looks Like
The Authentic Living Blueprint is a coaching experience that may include:
-
One-on-one coaching conversations
-
Guided reflection and awareness practices
-
Tools to help you notice and shift people-pleasing patterns
-
Space to explore values, boundaries, and self-trust
Every coaching relationship is collaborative and client-led, with space to move at a pace that feels supportive.
Next Step
If you’re curious about working together, the best next step is a conversation.

We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping for, and whether this kind of support feels like the right fit for you.
