Meet Your Coach:

For a long time, I looked like I had it all together.
I was capable, dependable, and driven, the person people could count on. I said yes easily, worked hard to meet expectations, and tried my best to keep everyone around me comfortable and happy.

What most people didn’t see was how exhausting that felt.
Behind the scenes, I second-guessed myself constantly. Simple decisions felt heavy. I worried about disappointing people, even when it came at the expense of my own needs. Over time, I felt disconnected from myself, unsure of what I actually wanted versus what I thought I should want.

I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was living in a constant state of people-pleasing.
What Changed

Eventually, I reached a point where I couldn’t ignore the quiet resentment and burnout anymore. I didn’t need another productivity hack or confidence boost, I needed to understand why trusting myself felt so hard.

What I began to see was this:
People-pleasing isn’t a flaw. It’s a learned pattern.
For many of us, it develops as a way to stay safe, avoid conflict, and feel accepted. But over time, it can pull us further and further away from our own inner voice.

The real work wasn’t about becoming more assertive overnight.
It was about rebuilding self-trust, slowly, compassionately, and without guilt.

Why I Do This Work Now
Today, I’m a health & wellness coach who supports high-achieving women who feel stuck in people-pleasing patterns and disconnected from themselves.

My approach is gentle, practical, and rooted in awareness, not pressure or perfection. I help women slow down, notice what’s driving their choices, and begin making decisions that actually feel aligned with who they are.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering how to listen to yourself again.
If This Resonates
If you see yourself in any part of this story, you don’t have to have all the answers yet.

The best place to begin is with awareness.

I created a free guide to help you start noticing where people-pleasing shows up in your daily life and how to begin reconnecting with your own voice in small, supportive ways.
